Whilst all Phloofs Pty Ltd products are made using high quality materials, they are subject to wear & tear and are not indestructible.
We accept no legal responsibility for the use or misuse of the products sold.
It is the sole responsibility of the customer and/or Dog owner to ensure the condition of the product is correct, comfortable & safe for the intended Dog.
We advise always checking for any wear & tear before use and not using if found to be broken or faulty.
Our products are waterproof and can be exposed to rain and/or sea water, but would still need to be treated with care. We recommend rinsing and drying after use. The metal used in our hardware may rust if exposed continuously and the rusting may cause the metal to break.
Proper supervision is always recommended when using any pet products. All collars, leashes and charms should be inspected before use.
The safety of your pup is our priority, therefore, materials used in our products have been tested for strength. Our products have been designed for durability and daily wear, however, they may not be suitable for dogs who pull hard on leash.
