Please use the size guide below to determine the right collar size for your furry friend. Please note that the sizes below have been hand measured, and whilst we tried to be as precise as possible, there might be some minor variations within the measurements.
We recommend to pick a size, where the neck circumference of your pet sits somewhere in the between the minimum and maximum neck circumference. For example, if your pet's neck circumference is 25 centimeter / 9.84 inches, then we recommend Size S instead of Size XS.

Our collars and leashes are made out of PVC coating over a reinforced Nylon core, making our products extremely durable, easy to clean, and preventing product strechting.
Our clasps and buckles are made out of zinc alloy to ensure the highest degrees of security and durability.
Our D-rings coated carbon steel.
In terms of leash durability our supplier's durability tests show that the leash can support up to 357kg of tension.

Charm Safety
Because of our Nylon lining core material in collar and leashes, our collars and leashes do not stretch, keeping your charms securely in place and preventing them from falling out. Under normal pulling/ tugging conditions, the charms are perfectly secured.

Order Processing
Orders are generally shipped within 2-3 business days. Please expect an email shortly after we have shipped your order with all essential shipping information. We offer optional tracked shipping and express shipping options that will need to be selected and paid extra.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer both domestic (Australia) and international shipping options. For international shipping, please allow a longer timeframe for your order to arrive. We generally advise our customers that international shipping routes may take 8-20 business days.
VAT & Import Duties
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Phloofs Pty Ltd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. Please note that you will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees. After we have received and evaluated your returned product(s), we will refund the original order amount. Extras that you originally selected, such as but not limited to tracked shipping or express shipping, are not eligible to be refunded.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at phloofs.team@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
