We offer a vast and constantly growing collection of different charms, that can be easily replaced and switched.

Our clasps and buckles are made out of metal to ensure the highest degrees of security and durability.

Charm Safety
Because of our Biothane Nylon lining material, our collars and leashes do not stretch, keeping your charms securely in place and preventing them from falling out. Under normal pulling/ tugging conditions, the charms are perfectly secured.

Order Processing
Orders are generally shipped within 2-3 business days. Please expect an email shortly after we have shipped your order with all essential shipping information. We offer optional tracked shipping and express shipping options that will need to be selected and paid extra.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer both domestic (Australia) and international shipping options. For international shipping, please allow a longer timeframe for your order to arrive. We generally advise our customers that international shipping routes may take 8-20 business days.
VAT & Import Duties
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Phloofs Pty Ltd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. Please note that you will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees. After we have received and evaluated your returned product(s), we will refund the original order amount. Extras that you originally selected, such as but not limited to tracked shipping or express shipping, are not eligible to be refunded.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at phloofs.team@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
